• Your current passport (no photocopies)
• Your UK Driver’s Licence or Provisional Licence Validate UK (must be a pass card with a hologram)
• A CitizenCard

CHALLENGE 25 POLICY:
A Challenge 25 policy will be strictly enforced for all alcohol and tobacco sales on-site at the Rochester Castle Concerts.
If you appear to be under 25, we will require valid ID from you. Failure to provide valid ID may result in the inability to purchase alcoholic beverages or tobacco products.
Please be aware that for Rochester Castle Live Events every attendee must have a valid ticket. Refer to the information above for accepted forms of ID.

To ensure a smooth entry to the event, please consider the following:
1. Entry Ticket:

• If your ticket is on your ticket provider's app, ensure your mobile phone is fully charged.
• Download the app before arriving and have your ticket ready upon entry.
• Keep your phone and valuables secure.

2.Payment

• Bring enough cash and/or a cash card.
• Remember to keep your money safe.

3.Identification:

• Carry valid ID. Accepted forms can be found in the information above.

4.Weather Preparedness:

• Dress appropriately for all weather conditions.
• Check the latest weather before leaving for the event.

5.Sun Protection:

• Bring sun protection cream (less than 100ml).
• No aerosols or glass bottles allowed

6.Medication:

• If you need to bring prescribed medication, email info@thefestivalcrowd.com in advance to avoid delays or confiscation.
• Inform your friends of any allergies.

7.Camera:

• Pocket-sized cameras for personal use are allowed
• Professional cameras require pre-authorisation from our Press team.

8.Bag Size

• Ensure your bag is no larger than an A4 sheet (dimensions: 14" x 14" x 18").
• These guidelines are designed to enhance your experience and maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all attendees.

WHAT AM I NOT ALLOWED TO BRING?
For your convenience and safety, please take note of the following guidelines:
1. Seating
● Portable chairs are not permitted on-site.
● Small, portable blankets are allowed.
● Picnic furniture is available in the food and drink area for seating.

2. Food and Drink
● Outside food or drink, including liquids and alcohol, is not allowed.
● There are delicious and reasonably priced food and drink options available inside the festival. Free tap water is available.

3. Prohibited Items
● Illegal weapons and drugs are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated.
● The use or sale of laughing gas is an offence under Section 52 of the Medicines Act 1968.
● Pets are not allowed, except for assistance dogs.
● Glass items, including perfume and makeup bottles, are not permitted.

4. Search and Entry
● All bags are subject to search on entry.
● To avoid lengthy queues, it's recommended not to bring a bag.
● Bags larger than A4 size are not permitted.
● Small bags with dimensions of 350mm x 350mm x 450mm (14” x 14’ x 18”) are allowed, subject to search.

5. Security Measures
● Entry procedures, ticket checks, and searches are in place.
● Please allow ample time for queues and security measures.

6. Storage
● Due to security reasons, there are no self-storage locker facilities at the concerts.
Compliance with these guidelines ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Prohibited items will be confiscated, and individuals found with illegal items may be removed from the festival.

There is no readmission. Once you are in, if you leave you will not be allowed back into the event.

Bars and Vendors will be accepting both cash and card.
Unfortunately, there will be no ATMs onsite and there will be no cashback facilities available, therefore if you are wishing to pay using cash it is advised that you withdraw money on the way to the event.

Chairs are not allowed to be bought into the festival, you can however bring in blankets or lay bags.

Tier 1 or Phase 1 is the lowest price and is for those who buy tickets first. Tier two or Phase 2 is the next release and are slightly more expensive and so on until all tickets are sold.
